This is the second digital issue of the magazine, which we think is a great way to share our content with you.
In this installment, we are featuring a fantastic exterior makeover of a Victorian home in Wilmington, Ohio (see page 50). The award-winning transformation is the work of NARI member John Stanforth of John Stanforth Construction in Wilmington. Working with just a black and white photograph from 1908, John was able to re-create the character and charm of the missing wraparound porch as well as add delightful detail and texture to the grand old home. It’s a great example of what a professional remodeler can do!
