Stress is a large part of our lives now. According to several sources, stress is America’s #1 health problem. Time magazine ran a cover article on stress back in 1983! Can you imagine how it has escalated today? If you want more info on stress, and possibly some relief, check out the American Institute of Stress, www.stress.org.
Hey, I’m not here to add more stress to your life, nor to add worry. I want to pose one question, and then maybe offer a solution.
